Planning notes for Gulshan-e-Iqbal
- Block numbers can be confusing; send a map pin and landmark so the crew arrives on time.
- Hall setup windows can be short on busy weekends; we pre-build pieces and bring extra crew.
- Evening traffic on Rashid Minhas Road and around the main chowrangis is heavy, so deliveries go early.
- Large events need generator support; we size lighting loads and bring suitable units.
