Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to decoration services provided by Syed Decorators and to your use of this website. They are a general template and should be reviewed to match your business practices.

Quotations and bookings

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. A booking is confirmed only after the agreed advance payment is received. Dates are held on a first-confirmed basis.

Payments

The advance amount and balance schedule are stated on the quotation. Balance payment is due as agreed, normally before or on completion of setup.

Design, materials and substitutions

Designs shared before the event are indicative. Fresh flowers depend on seasonal availability and we may substitute equivalents of similar colour and quality. Changes after design approval may affect price and timeline.

Venue and access

The client is responsible for arranging venue access, permissions and a safe setup window. Additional waiting time, extended hours or access delays may incur extra charges.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed in writing when you book. Please inform us as early as possible if your plans change.

Liability

We take care of our materials and crew. We are not liable for damage caused by venue conditions, guests or events outside our control, and clients should keep valuables away from decoration areas.
